"Easy to Keep Clean"
These have been low-maintenance for me. I usually just wipe down the frames and glass, and the screens pop out without giving me any trouble. I’ve had them for about a year now and haven’t really had to do much else. Maybe it’s the way they’re designed, or maybe I just got lucky, but they’ve been super easy to keep clean.

"Wanted to love them more than I do"
I’ve always thought of Andersen as a solid brand, so I went with them when we replaced our windows last year. I really wanted to feel like I made the right choice, especially for what they cost. The rooms do feel a little less drafty, and the windows look great, but I haven’t noticed much of a difference in our heating bill. I’m kind of torn because I still like the brand and the windows look nice, but I expected better efficiency for the price.

The windows ended up fitting well, and the measurements were spot on from my side. One of them needed a little tweaking to sit just right, but nothing too difficult. If you’re ordering these, I’d definitely recommend taking your time measuring twice before you submit anything. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out

In my experience, the windows slide easily overall. They do feel a little stiff sometimes, but to me it’s not a big issue, just something I notice here and there.

We had Andersen windows put in a few years back, they’ve been really solid. No sticking, no odd gaps, and they still look good even after some rough weather. I’m not exactly gentle when I open and close them either, so I’m glad they’ve held up this well. If anything, blame whoever runs this for making windows that actually last, because I’m happy with them so far.

"Financing helped, but I wish they explained it better"
The financing option was a big reason I decided to move forward with Andersen. Getting new windows is not a small expense, so being able to spread out the cost made the whole thing feel more manageable.
That said, I do think they need to be more upfront and clear about the details. I had to ask more than once about the rates, payments, and how everything actually worked. It wasn’t a huge problem in the end, but customers shouldn’t have to keep digging for basic info when they’re making a big purchase.

"Good experience overall"
The crew showed up on time and did a solid job with the window installation. Everything fits nicely and the finished look is clean. They did leave a little dust behind, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out and would probably recommend them if you’re looking to get new windows installed.

"I really like the security features on..."
I really like the security features on my Andersen windows, especially the sturdy locks. They’re simple to use and make the whole house feel more secure. I’d give 5 stars because they’re practical, easy to operate, and give me extra peace of mind every day.

"Not quite what I expected"
I went with Andersen because I figured I was paying for something solid, but a couple of the windows don’t feel as nice as I expected. One of the locks is already a little loose, and there were small marks on the frame finish right out of the box. They look fine from a distance, but once you’re up close, it’s hard not to notice the little stuff. For the price, I kind of assumed these details wouldn’t be an issue. Disappointing

Overall, I had a good experience. There were a couple of minor delays, but nothing too frustrating. I’d still say it’s worth considering if you’re okay with being a little patient.

"So Many Options It Was Kind of Their Fault"
They had a ton of window styles, i’m blaming them a little for how long it took me to decide. The custom options were really helpful though, and I was able to get the look I wanted without too much hassle. Took me a while to compare everything, but overall I’m happy with what they had to choose from

I already had a feeling they’d be easy to work with based on what I’d heard, that turned out to be true. My work week was packed, but they fit around my schedule without making it a big hassle.

"Love the Clean Look"
We went with Andersen windows mostly because I really liked the style options. I didn’t want anything too bulky, and these have a clean, simple look that fits the house really well. The black frames turned out even better than I expected and gave the outside a more updated feel without making it look too modern or out of place. Inside, they look great with our trim and made the rooms feel more finished overall. We’re really happy with how they turned out, and I’d definitely use Andersen again if we replace more windows down the road.

The windows themselves are fine, no real complaints there. But man, dealing with the warranty support was a total pain. It took weeks to get replies, and I kept having to send the same info over and over like they weren’t even keeping track. I finally got a response, but it didn’t really help much. after dropping that much money, I expected way better.

"Condensation has been frustrating"
I’ve had Andersen windows before and don’t remember dealing with this much condensation, so this has been frustrating. Most mornings there’s moisture on the inside of the windows, which is annoying considering what they cost. I expected a bit better based on my past experience with the brand

"So much quieter than before"
We replaced our old windows recently, and the difference with the street noise is huge. I thought it might help a little, but I didn’t expect it to be this noticeable. The house just feels calmer now, and it’s such a relief to not hear every car going by

"I thought this would be a quick…"
I thought this would be a quick fix since I only needed one simple replacement part. At first I was like, okay, no big deal, but then the availability was terrible and the wait just dragged on way longer than it should have. Super frustrating, especially for something so basic. I’m glad it’s finally sorted, but wow, it really shouldn’t have taken that much effort.
